Spartakus is a performance management platform owned by Contrôles Laurentide.

Founded in 1968, Contrôles Laurentide provides services to the Eastern Canadian industry and is one of the largest suppliers of automation and reliability solutions. The Spartakus platform was created in 2016 as a solution for tracking digital assets. It supports over 2,000 plants and more than 3,000 users.

  1. Wireframes
  2. Integration and development of the mobile application module for iOS and Android.
  3. Technical support for the internal team.

Mandate

  1. Development work on the existing mobile application (iOS/Android).
  2. Development of a new module for valve inspection in factories.

Challenges

  1. Tight deadlines for delivery to a new client.
  2. The API was not yet developed and was the responsibility of their internal team. Coordination between the internal team and our team was essential to ensure synchronization and avoid any time loss.
