Memphis Renasant Convention Center – LUMID
The Memphis Renasant Convention Center is situated right on the The Mississippi River in Memphis, TN. In 2019 the Center had a game-changing renovation that included enhancements to the building’s interior and exterior. Every square inch of the convention center was touched by this project, bringing hotel-quality finishes and amenities that are desired by meeting planners and their delegates. The convention vision is for meeting spaces that embrace the river and skyline views along with outdoor terraces, glass-enclosed concourses and pre-function space.
Appwapp Mandate
In collaboration with Lumid, Appwapp has designed all the controllers (Hardware) that individually manage each of the LEDs in the convention halls and the entrance hall (design, tests, production). A VJ can for example use them during a show to control the lighting in an extremely precise way. Each LED is independent and remote controllable.
