Donation terminals for the CHUM
A first in Canada
The contactless donations terminals allow the public to make a donation directly to the CHUM Foundation by simply using their credit or debit card in just a few seconds.
The donor may also request a tax receipt either by printing it on the spot or by receiving it by email. Although payment terminals exist for all types of use (especially parking), a donation terminal of this type is a first in Canada.
Customer expectations :
Develop an application by integrating it into the various components of the terminals (printer, promotional screen, payment keyboard and cellular network). The app also had to issue a monthly donation report for each terminal.
The challenge :
Create an ecosystem from scratch using different technologies at the heart of which the application developed by Appwapp would work smoothly.
