COMPA(s) is an application for iOS tablets, allowing caregivers or clinicians to stimulate communication with people with communication disorders following a stroke or dementia.

The application organizes and stores photos, songs and videos that evoke personal memories for each beneficiary.

It can be used by a family or clinic and it may contain several different records. Patient data is private and therefore protected.

We have also developed a web interface (CMS) to facilitate the import and management of files, access to beneficiaries as well as their content.

At the end of a session, the application offers a short survey allowing professionals to closely monitor improvements.

The COMPA(s) application has been successful in promoting exchanges between people with communication difficulties and their loved ones.
