Montreal Airports Corporation
Aéroports de Montréal, or ADM, is a private, not-for-profit institution. It is financially independent. It manages 2 major airports in the Montreal area:
- YUL: Montréal-Trudeau International Airport. It stands out for its exceptional passenger experience. In addition, it is the 3rd busiest airport in Canada. It served more than 19 million passengers in 2018.
- YMX: Mirabel International Airport. It stands out for its remarkable experience in the industrial and aeronautical fields.
Our mandates in the ADM project
Aéroports de Montréal chose us to improve its customer communication system. We then helped them develop an Office 365 tool for Foliomedian’s SMS platform. This allows employees and bots to send messages directly to users’ mobiles. It is without interface. Also, it offers interesting features such as the ability to:
- Set message limits
- Block unauthorized employees
Here are our mandates in this project:
- The design of the software architecture
